How do I create an account?

Download the Lōkahi app and tap "Sign Up" on the welcome screen. You can register using your email address or sign in with Google or Apple.

How do I book an event?

Browse events in the app, select the event you're interested in, and tap "Book Now". Follow the prompts to complete your booking and payment.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel your booking from the "My Events" section. Please note that refund policies vary by event and are set by the event organizer.

How do I become an event organizer?

In the app, go to your profile and select "Become an Organizer". You'll need to provide some additional information and agree to our organizer terms.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for event bookings.

How do I access my tickets?

Your tickets are available in the "My Events" section of the app. You can show the QR code at the event for check-in.
